We are not a big box store. We are not a big online retailer. We are not an overseas fabricating company. It is prime cart season. These racks blew up in the cart world. That being said, shipping will take a minimum 7 business days to get a tracking number. We thank you for your support and understanding. 

 In the first week of posting the design to one Facebook group I received 30+ requests to purchase them. Everything similar on the market now sticks out the back and doesn’t fold compact when not in use. These are the safest and thinnest racks on the market when in their closed locked position.

Our design is installed on the rear safety grab bar. It folds down and locks when not in use. This is great so you don’t have to worry about fitting the cart into your garage, your kids whacking their heads on it or your local drunk walking into it. The arms are 17” long but extendable to 23” to add more chairs. Locking pins secure it upright or down, and control the length of the arms. The standard length will hold 2-4 standard chairs comfortably.  In the extended setting (two notches from the last) it will hold 6 chairs max comfortably. The extended setting is recommended for shorter distances. 

The standard kit comes assembled and ready to install by drilling 4 holes into your safety grab bar, 2 holes in each side. Two arms, nuts, bolts, washers, 4 lock pins and a drill bit are included in the bundle.

The Evolution D5 forward facing kits come with everything you need to install. One bolt will connect to the factory female nut. Another self tapping bolt will go about 2.5” above that one. All holes are pre drilled on our end and we also supply two nylon bumper plugs just incase you ever wish to remove the racks you can plug those two small holes!

 Nothing is perfect but surely close to it. Rear safety grab bars are not included. They are universal, cheap and easily installed if you currently do not have one. This rack design is currently patent pending. 

If your grab bars are wider than 17” (Kandi, madjax, club car) the racks will attach fine but your standard beach chair will not be wide enough to fit onto both rungs. I have a custom set up available. Please message us for details
